All appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the service date. If more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be cancelled without prior notice. To cancel an appointment please contact Essence directly @ 931-302-9790 with a text including your name, date, and time of the appointment you would like to cancel. For any serious circumstances please contact Essence as soon as possible.
Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours will require full payment of the service before next appointment can be scheduled. Your appointment will not be accepted until you have paid your balance in full. If you no-call/no show there will be no option for any future appointments.
